Modern Chinese Medicine Group Co.,Ltd. is one of the pioneers in modern Chinese medicine industry. Our principal operating subsidiary, Chengde Yushi Jindan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., is a Chinese medicine manufacturing company with a long history.
Our history can be traced back to 1986. Adhering to the corporate mission of "building a national Chinese medicine business and focusing on the healthy development of national Chinese medicine", we have been focusing on the innovative development of Chinese medicines for the treatment and/or alleviation of (i) Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis condition; (ii) cardio-cerebrovascular condition; (iii) digestive and gastrointestinal condition and (iv) gynaecological condition. We owned 71 Drug Approval Numbers which were associated with 59 types of proprietary Chinese medicine（"PCM"） products, among which, 45 were included in the National Insurance Medicine List. We were one of the leading companies engaged in the production of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis PCM pills (補氣補血類中成藥丸) and cardio-cerebrovascular PCM capsules (心腦血管中成藥膠囊) in Northeast, the PRC.
Our major products are Circulation Enhancement Pill (氣血雙補丸), Vigour and Vitality Supplement Pill (補腎填精丸), Cardiotonic Enhancement Capsule (山玫膠囊), Kidney Invigoration Pill (金匱腎氣丸), Heart Wellness Capsule (心安膠囊), Menstrual Discomfort Relief Pill (加味逍遙丸), Additional Ingredient Huoxiang ZhengQi Pill (加味藿香正氣丸), Fever-removing and Detoxification Pill (清瘟解毒丸) and Liver Detox Tablet (護肝片). Among them, the three major products of Vigour and Vitality Supplement Pill (補腎填精丸), Circulation Enhancement Pill (氣血雙補丸) and Cardiotonic Enhancement Capsule (山玫膠囊) occupy market leading position.
We have developed our business through R&D. We entered into collaboration agreements with external research institutions, namely Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine (黑龍江中醫藥大學) and Chengde Medical College (承德醫學院) to jointly carry out R&D work of new pharmaceutical products and to enhance our own product expertise. Cardiotonic Enhancement Capsule (山玫膠囊), one of our major products, was awarded the New Drug certificate (新藥證書) issued by the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China (中華人民共和國衛生部) in 1995, and it has been listed as one of the protected traditional Chinese medicinal products (Grade 2) by the State Food and Drug Administration. In 2016, such product was awarded as a “Famous Product of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Hebei Province” (河北省中小企業名牌產品) by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province (河北省工業和信息化廳).
The Group is headquartered at Chengde City, Hebei province. Leveraging on our geographic advantage, our business may penetrate into the markets of Huadong and Hunan with ease while staying competitive in the Huabei and Northeast market; and we may therefore be able to gradually build a distribution network covering the PRC. Also, after years of development, "Yushi"’s products have gained the trusts of their customers and have enjoyed a high reputation in the Northeast pharmaceutical market. We are confident about our outlooks and our developmental direction is "collectivization, intensification and internationalization". We are aiming to become a first-class domestically and internationally renowned modern Chinese pharmaceutical company.
